I have thick hair, which is a nightmare to dry. I need a hairdryer like this one, ultra powerful, yet quiet and lightweight. What could be more heavenly than mirrors in the shape of angel wings. These are extremely girly and indulgent but oh so pretty. I will admit that they are not the most practical for checking your outfit, but who cares when they look this good.

These sunbeds are perfect for the garden and although I may be a little optimistic in my summer preparation (it is only April after all) I just can't help but want them. The contemporary wood/metal finish is sleek and minimal and will give those neighbours green eyes. I am imagining a cocktail or two in summer sunshine, lounging and relaxing with a good book. With the way the weather has been the last couple of summers, that may well be just a dream, but they are so pretty I could be happy just admiring them. I think it is time for a trip to Ikea...

If there is one thing we should all have in our wardrobes right now, it is a good trench coat. Perfect for April showers, but light enough to see you through the spring and into summertime.


This Diane Von Furstenberg Trench is out of my price range but gorgeous none the less. The details are perfect and the length just right. It also has full sleeves which is refreshing, so many spring macs and trench coats have 3/4 sleeves which just looks plain silly with a long sleeve top underneath. I like the metallic sheen as this really modernises a classic wardrobe staple.

I am loving the turquoise leather strap on this watch. It reminds me of tropical seas and summertime. Women's watches have become chunkier of late but this one also has a feminine twist, with the pretty colour and crystal detail. I don't know many women who can resist a bit of sparkle...

I just couldn't choose which pair of shoes to feature this week. I tried and tried but in the end just decided to give in and have both. I am a woman after all, and we are notorious for our love of shoes. Kurt Geiger stocks big brands and is a respected name in its own right. The latest season has some stunning shoes and I am especially loving these ones below.

I am a fan of chunky wooden heels, which makes 'Halle' just my cup of tea. Not to mention the fact that Gladiator sandals will be big news for summer. The vibrant tan colour of these shoes is much more interesting than bland brown.

As for 'JoJo', grey can be a great alternative for black and the chunky buckle is a really nice detail. These towering heels will make legs look super long which is good news for people like me, being only 5'2''.

MOST WANTED - Clarence Pendent

I have always had a bit of an obsession with grand light fittings, perhaps because my ceilings have always been to low to accommodate them. This Large Clarence Clear Pendent would be a dream for me, it's just beautiful. For something so pretty, it is also pretty practical being made from clear acrylic rather than glass. It takes 6 screw in candle bulbs, none of this halogen business where they run out within a couple of weeks.

This gorgeous top from the new DVF collection is a must have (or must find a cheaper version). The fabric looks really luxurious and the sash tie will pull the fabric in beautifully at the waist. Navy is a great alternative to black if that feels a bit boring. The other items in the collection are worth a look too with lovely wrap dresses and vintage prints. Check out the website.

The colour of this coat is amazing. A Bright blue mikado silk blend, double breasted trench coat. It has long sleeves with buckles at the cuffs and on the waist belt, and epaulettes on the shoulders. There is no other coat quite like it in stores at the moment, certainly none which have quite the impact and detailing that this one does. It is available at NET-A-PORTER, but alas it is more than my budget will allow.

I love this chunky bracelet from jewellery store www.pistachio.co.uk Chunky hearts filled with resin, set in solid silver make this a different but gorgeous piece of contemporary jewellery. It is pretty enough to wear with a little black dress, yet chunky and edgy making it ideal for everyday. Team with some black nail varnish to vamp it up. Let's hope santa puts one in my stocking!
